Registry corruption in Win2k using KT7 RAID controller?

I think I narrowed it down to the RAID controller on my machine. You can check out my rig if you want. Anyways a month ago or so I did about 7 new installs, in a about a weeks worth of time, everytime there was some sort of corruption then a blue screen. Most of the the time the corruption occurred in \WINNT\system32\config\software. I finally wised up and got PQDI4 and started making images. The last install I did I put the hard drive on the normal IDE controller. I have since not had any corruption and I dont have to pray that win2k will boot up I have recently put the hard drive back on the RAID controller to get back on ATA100, Ill see how it goes. I was wondering if anyone else had heard of this or had it happen. Any helpful comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
