Registry Cleaner---what is the best??

Hey everybody,

I need some help.
I just un-installed NERO and checked my (window xp) registry.......low-and-behold, there are about 14.23 billion registry entries still included. Now, I now this happens....but my question to this esteemed community is:

"What Reg cleaner do you use"?
I would like to know your opinion on which reg cleaner works the best.....and by the "best" i mean, that if i install NERO and then UN-install NERO, there are zero instances of NERO in my registry.


(NERO, of course is just one example)

Are you asking why I un-installed NERO??? well, I have 5.5 (came with my drive). I am about to re-install everything on SATA drives and I did this "experiment" just to see what would happen.

I use jv16 PowerTools v1.3.0.195. Subsequent versions of it have a time bomb.

Highly recommended by many! And now hard to find.

I tried that software.....it is as you advertise. very nice.
I was amazed at how many instances NERO left behind.....holy cow....

I suggest to everyone, check it out. install and run.....



I am still open to other suggestions (to compare)
