Whats the best way to get that motherf'er off? I tried to peel it and it cracks away plus theres a really old one behind it.
 
If you are talking about a vehicle registration sticker it is not meant to come off. That is so that someone can not steal it from your plate and use it.

If you are trying to take off all old sticker before putting a new one on, that is not necessary. But if you must use a razor blade.
