Registered Owner blank under system properties

I had to do a full system restore on an HP machine. It all went okay, but now when I go to system properties the registered owner is blank. Can I go through regedit and key on registered owner and key the owners name in the field? I used to do this on win9x under windows current version but am unsure if this will work with windows XP.

Thanks

You can also google for oeminfo.ini and get other tips on adding pics as well (called oemlogo.bmp)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion and edit the RegisteredOwner key.
