Hey.. any conscious reggae/ dub fans out there..

i'm makin a cd to chill and bun down wit. need some suggestions cuz i have 1000's of chunes and want to know if i'm missing any good ones. So i'm requesting that you post one or two of your fav. reggae chune. i'll start it off.

i love raggae, but don't own enough to help you. i just listen to the saturday raggae show on the radio. :)

What type of reggae? Dancehall, or Bob Marley type music?

I actually just bought tickets for this, which should be pretty hot.

For dancehall, there's the standard classics, like Rich Girl or Heads High or Limb by Limb.

Beres Hammond - Putting up Resistance is a great song also.

Edit - Ah, I guess you're Trini, eh? I went to Trinidad 2 years ago for Carnival. I had a great time. (My family's from Guyana, though I was born in the US)

yea.. i go down to Carnival every year...there is nothing in the world like it.
you're Guyanese = the mortal enemy .. lol.. just joking..

and yea guys... i'm making a CONSCIOUS(roots/dub etc. not dancehall) cd.. but no bob on this one.. already have every one of his songs on 10000000 cd's.
