regcleaner help

I installed regcleaner and scanned my comp. When it was done it found 8 yellow (not fully safe to delete) values. I have no clue what they are from so If you know any please tell me cause i am stumped.
ADMWPROX.DLL (repeats 5 times)
deskpan.dll
a3dapi.dll
rundll32.exe irprops.cpl,,BluetoothAuthenticationAgent

I 'googled' your DLL files. (DLL=DataLinkLibrary)
The a3dapi.ddl has something to do with 3d gaming.
deskpan.dll looks like something to do with scripting.
ADMWPROX.DLL appears to be a program to fix broken or missing dll's.
I didn't get a find on the last one.
Google is pretty good at finding this kind of stuff; in particular the spyware stuff. Just 'google' it and you will likely find the best way to eliminate a piece of spyware, etc.
