Regclean won't finish

Guys,

My dad's computer, running Windows 95(original), won't complete Regclean. It hangs at the Scanning Type Library Identifiers for errors... section, and will not finish out. I've tried different versions of Regclean, all w/ the same results.

Does anyone have a clue why this is happening?
