REGCLEAN no longer available - what freeware to use?

My GF's comp is running Win98SE. I think it's time for a registry cleaning since it's acting kinda "buggy" (Win98 buggy? Go fig.....)

So, I go to the MS DL page. No regclean. No longer available. One of the few good and useful utilities MS puts out, and they can it. Again, go fig.

I need a freeware proggy that clean up a Win98 registry. Someone hook me up please.
