In the guide its says set your memory to SPD and 100,what is it means ?Can enyone explain ?

100 just means the lowest memory divider. its called "1:2 ddr200" it will it will always run at half the fsb. this is so you can find your max chip without your memory getting in the way. spd is the auto settings for your memory. just make sure everything is on auto in the memory section of your bios.
