Regarding the "Sorry, but these prisoners were NOT tortured thread"

I have been notified that I need to apologize for something that DividebyZero took exception to. Evendently he thought I was making a racist statement about the approval torture of Iraqis. Evidently he did not notice I quoted the above and that I often point out the absurd by amplifying it. I cannot apologize for approving of torture, because I never believed in it. I have long fought against inhumane treatment of prisoners. I challenge ANYONE to demonstrate where I have encouraged this in any serious post. In fact there are a number of active threads where I challenge those who's attitude is effectively "bomb em all".

If I worded a thing in an unclear way that people misunderstood, then I am sorry for that. I cannot apologize for a thing I have never meant, and have often worked against in real life against.
