What exactly does the bolded section refer to? I have a Gigabyte P35 DS3R mobo.

PCI Express® based PC is required with one dual-width X16 lane graphics slot available on the motherboard

I will admit that description is poorly worded. What it means is the X2 is two slots wide (requires 2 expansion spaces) which fits into a PCI-Express X16 slot on the motherboard.
