Regarding a bad Ebay Trader

Item Description: FREESPEEK BT200 FOR BLUETOOTH PHONES

i won this item on Ebay, when the auction was over, i paypaled the funds to him, $10.00 plus $4.55 for shipping.

about 10 days later he emails me to tell me he isn't going to send the item because he thought he had set a reserve and he hadn't.

now, you have to keep in mind that for this auction, i was the only bidder and he only had like 4 positive ebay evals.

since then we've gone back and forth, me insisting he send me the item, he saying that he wouldn't send the item.

basically, i wrote it off as dead, left him a negative and opened a case in squaretrade. he then refunds my money, when i clearly in squaretrade case stated that i wanted the item shipped to me. plus he didn't send enough money to cover my paypal fees (which i had informed him about, 1.23 or so).

he continues to try and convince me of something i know not what because he keeps replying in the squaretrade case.

anyway, bottom line, here is the ebay username of the trader.

i run into too many first time ebayers like that, sell soemthing below what they thoguht they would and then dont want to ship after getting payment.
i just say refund my $$$ and take your negative and write it off to learning how ebay works...so far gone off okay...its just what to expect i think after the media hypes ebay to be this place to sell anything and make a ton of $$$

he refused to send me item because he says he meant to put reserve on auction but didn't.

i opened a squaretrade case against him and left him negative feedback.

he responds in squaretrade and sends me money - paypal fees.

you can't hit it by accident, you have to confirm that you're buying it! my bf neg'ed him.

He didn't do a "Refund" then, he just paypaled you $10. When you do a refund in paypal it removes the fees and you get the full amount. Sounds like the guy doesn't know what he is doing.
