regaining lost memory?

hello im running win2k and been uptime 2 weeks so far but my memory is at 120mb. when i first boot up its at 70mb. is there a way to regain the lost memory

im tryin to keep my uptime and not reboot.

ive heard of the programs that free memory up but do they really work?
