reg patch for multiple server connections in IE

Looking for the the patch that allows more than 2 connects from the same ip to webservers. Anyone point me in the right direction?
 
i heard a rumor that says you can just open a new IE window and then continue downloading more than 2 at once from the same site. never did try it though....
 
I had a patch for it before but i lost it. Its just a reg key that needs changing but ill be damned if i can remember which one.lol
