I didn't get any response for 4 days after the auto-reply regarding order confirmation after I've placed an order.
I had to send a cancellation e-mail to get another case from another vendor, since I'm in a hurry to build a system.
They sent me an e-mail, said it was shipped out and refuse the delivery if I don't want it anymore.
Well, I refused the shipment, and I found out I got charged the shipping.
Was I stupid to believe that they return the whole credit?:frown:

Thats common practice many times. They're not going to lose money o n you by paying the shipping and getting no sale

<< Just dispute the charge >>

In which case he will probably lose. People around here seem to forget that you just can't 'dispute the charge' if you are not pleased with something. You have to show that the vendor defrauded you by not providing a product or service. Just because you don't happen to like their shipping/restocking/whatever policy doesn't mean you're going to get out of it.
