That seems high for cables. I did get upset myself when I spent $8 or so at gamestop for rca video cables, only to realize when I got home the gamecube uses the exact same cables as on the friggin' snes!

You don't always have to play the game right when it comes out. Wait till it hits $30 or below.

There are better ways of getting the games you want rather then stealing them. Play 6 month behind the times like I do and buy all your games used for less then half the price. Sell old games you're no longer using.. etc etc

and here is the best option of all.. stay in school, get good grades, and get a good paying job.. I know tough concept for he "me me me" crowd. God forbid you cant have everything you want NOW..

unreal

Whats up with someof you ppl? not everybody who mods is a pirate. some of us have kids who scratch disks from time to time, and GOD FORBID I try to save and protect what I buy by backing up my games.
yes, I also know theres a lot of young kids and teenagers who cant afford alot of those games and are backing them up as well, and of course theres the lowest of all lowlifes who steal these games and sell there pirated goods as well.
Dont generalize, cause I try to back up all my games, and mod all my consoles, but I'm no pirate.

sorry, off my soap box now :p

Of course not everyone who mods is a pirate.. the comments were directed at this quote from above

Dont know about you, but this doesnt sound like backups for self/kids? I also have kids and know full well the value of not using the orignal disks.

Dont be so quick to whip out your soap box. The comments were well deserved.

i have to say this is a great system for kids. Games like mario party, mario kart, and any other 4 player games are great family games. Its even more fun with a bunch of drunk college buddies who can barely pick up the cntrollers to play. :)
