As far as the 11", 13" vs 14"..... It all depends on the user as you can increase the text size and make the 11" work. I have heard the 11" being sharper as the pixels are more dense since the 13" & 14" have the same screen resolution. Also Gloss vs Matte screen but everyone has there own preference on what they find looks good to them. However any Chromebook deal is great. Plenty of reviews on all of them.

In the end if you want a affordable portable PC for web surfing you can't really go wrong whichever you pick.

This is not a good price. This refurb has 2gb ram, 16gb SSD, and is wifi only. Woot had the 4gb ram, 32gb SSD, and 3G cellular model for $220 several times. Woot and BuyDig via EBay also had the 4gb ram, 16gb SSD, and 3G cellular for $200 multiple times. Deal on the HP model seems to popup about once every month. Unless you have a pressing need, it's better to wait for a better deal. The refurb Acer c720 for $130 is very good deal.

I bought the 4gb, 32gb SSD, 3G cellular model from Woot for $220. I love the laptop. I installed crouton and Elementary OS. 4gb ram and 32 gb SSD is great for installing Linux. Free 200mb 3g has come in handy several times. HP 14 is the only Chromebook with the above specs and it's only sold at Costco new for $379.

I have not heard anything about the toshiba I saw the deal from slickdeals, here is the thread. I posted it in this deal for it was similar specs, and I figured there would be similar buyers and I can learn something about this model.

You should throw it in it's own thread. Not a bad deal as it's really comparable to the HP and Acer. Only downside is the waiting game for the mail in rebate but it's only $9 more than the Acer deal and cheaper than the HP 14" so it seems pretty Hot on it's own.
