Yes

9800np a long time ago. Works perfectly. Came with OEM accesories, but I've heard that is hit and miss. I think someone probably sent it back because it didn't have Samsung memory.

Buyer beware. These are cards that have been returned to the manufacturer, newegg has no idea what, if any, testing has been done. Is it a card Cletus couldn't make work because he doesn't understand this darn technology stuff? Maybe. Is it a card AT member kobra thought should be able to run at 50% higher clock speeds and returned when it started artifacting? Maybe.

I bought my Thermaltake Xaser3 case from newegg as a refurb as I saved almost $50 and figured "what can be wrong with an aluminum box?"
It's missing two of the drive bay panels, luckily I have two CDRWs. It's missing 4 of the PCI slot covers and the manual. Was this stuff worth $50 to me? Probably, but it's a good example of how "refurb" isn't always "like new".

It's a crap shoot... I wouldn't do it again. I got a 9700 pro that possibly a kobra type had ran way out of spec, damaged the core/memory, and then smugly returned it. It was obvious it had come out of someone's system by it's looks. It came with no power connector and no drivers (no big deal). It worked fine at stock speeds for awhile and then, right about the fifteenth day, it started to artifact after heavy use. It then started artifacting even more to the point that it became useless and it was too late to return.
As much as I read here about people having no qualms returning merchandise that they screwed up trying to get that extra 500 points of 3dmark bragging rights, I just don't see it worth the hassle.
