Interesting-when I first saw this I thought no way is a so-called refurbished SSD with a 30 day warranty worth the risk, but then I saw on the linked product page "zero hours used." I'm guessing this is a discontinued model being dumped. Anyone have any better info?

This is essentially the 512GB 840 Pro with more over provisioning and a 30 day warranty. Amazon is selling the Retail 512 840 Pro for $313.99 +tax.

Seems like a pretty darn good deal if you aren't concerned about the Warranty. I'd think using the right CC would at least give you another year...

Meh. Not seeing the reward being big enough on this deal when a 512gb Crucial MX100 is only $200.- The extra $30.- gets me a bit more space, less likely to be DOA or fail, 3 year warranty, and a company that isn't a PITA to get in touch with.
