Refurbished RAM from NewEgg still carry the Lifetime Warranty?

Thinking of picking up some refurbished RAM from NewEgg, I realize NewEgg only guarantees for 15 days, but is the manufacturers warranty still valid? Speaking of Mushkin if that makes any difference.

All of the products there seem to still have lifetime warranties as they are listed. I'd imagine after 15 days you'll have to deal with the manufacturer should the memory fail. Just to make sure, you should send an email to Newegg asking. Their customer support is usually pretty fast.

why wouldn't the manufacturers warranty be valid? i recently RMA'ed some crucial and some kingston memory, no problem with either one, i got the new stuff within ~ 10 days of sending it to them
