I need some help. Buying a notebook for the first time. Student, big variation in money supply low-low monthly average. What do you think of refurbished notebook directly from manufacturer and in specific of this deal.

How much slower is the shared video UMA arch.; I usually don't do much gaming some Photoshop. Warranty is 3 months or an additional $100 for an year of limited. I dont get from the site whether you buy have to buy the cord and Ac additionally (stupid marketing tricks)
