retrobox.com used to be pretty good. Their condition rating system is funky, but they have a number to call and get questions answered.
 
Geeks.com. My laptop failed after 6 months, and when it turned out that there was a mistake with the warranty (it ended four months before I purchased it, when they purhcased them from HP/Compaq), I recieved a store credit equal to the amount paid. (They did'nt sell any equivalent laptops at that time).
