How do I accomplish that? I only see 8%, and when I search with Live.com never get the ATT site with the Cashback link at the top.

Type in AT&T in the search box, click the 25% off link at the top of the page. Keep clicking the hourglass if the 25% off link doesn't show up right away. It may take a few refreshes.
