Pretty awesome deal... quad-core with hyper-threading, 8 gigs of RAM, 2 TB disk.

You'd spend almost $250 on the processor alone, but the fact its a whole system complete with Win 7 Pro just makes it that much better.

cpu is roughly the equivalent of a core i7 2600 (except slower clocked, if they had made a i7 2500 this would be it) which is still plenty fast.

upgrade to windows 10 and pop in a cheap SSD and its a very nice system , and given its a workstation spec machine, probably much nicer materials and case. anandtech actually reviewed the SFF version of this. http://www.anandtech.com/show/4668/hp-z210-sff-workstation-serious-power-in-cramped-quarters
