Refurbished card sold as new on Amazon?

I just received eVGA GTX 560Ti Crysis edition from Amazon. The card's box appeared to have a sizeable dent in it. Upon performing initial inspection of the card, I am beginning to wonder if this card is brand new. The S/N sticker looked like somebody tried to peel it off.

Has anybody seen this kind of issues before?

Doesn't look like anything but poor qa. Does the card work?

What I like about Amazon, is they will take things back, no questions asked ..

If you are not sure, tell them it was defective and get them to send you another ..

The card is working so far - about 30 minutes playing Crysis. However, the back area looks like it has a lot of glue smudges too. I think it might be a QA issue, but still unacceptable.

Certainly up to you but, cosmetics inside the case mean nothing to me.

I've received uglier cards out of the box, but you can always return it and get a replacement.

Got a replacement from Amazon. The replacement card looks a tad better than the first one and the manual is there. So far so good.
