I have a client who bought an abit KA7 and it needs to be sent back but the people who sold it to him dont want to do it. What are his options if he cant get the vendor to do anything? Can you deal directly with abit? Thanks in advance🙂
Been awhile since i have done any, but yes you can go through ABIT. You can request a RMA number from them, they charge $25 regardless of board or whats wrong(last i knew anyways).
I'm going the RAM route now (ironically on the exact same motherboard). Abit was real fast on authorizing RAM & sending me info, just getting around to shipping off MB to them now.
