You will have better luck with a refurbished board, than with a new board.
Refurbished boards have been sent back to factory, and recertified, then shipped to be sold as refurbished. At least you know where it's been beforehand.
I skipped the refurbished Iwill KK266, and bought the retail version from Newegg.
The 30 day warranty was why. Then I learned that the Refurbished boards at Newegg are actually warranteed by Newegg for the 1st 30 days, then Iwill for the next 11 months, so you get the same warranty as new.
The board that Newegg sent me, actually was used, and the back of the manual had the previous owners notes writen on it! So much for the theory that new is better. Newegg instantly responded to my email, and said they would refund all, and credit what it will cost to ship board back to them. They also said after it is credited, to reorder by phone and speak to bla bla, and they will upgrade shipping to next day air for free. I have heard others say Newegg is pretty good with returns, and jumps right on it if there is a problem.
