Refurb Wireless Cards from Frys/Outpost

I need a cheap wireless PCI card for my parent's desktop.

Outpost has the Netgear WG311NAR Refurblished 54Mbps Wireless-G PCI Adapter for $20. My other option is an airlink card for 14.99. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with frys refurbs, I would rather have the Netgear card than the airlink but I am concerned about buying refurbished gear.

FYI they also have this: Netgear WG311TNAR Refurbished 108 Mbps Wireless-G PCI Adapter for $25.

I really hate MIRs because I am forgetful and I don't trust them to come anyway. Thanks for the suggestion though. I appreciate any suggestions.
