TCWO is great. For guys like me it's a better deal since Newegg is in CA and I get charged tax. Plus shipping at TCWO is 6.95 flat shipping to 150 lbs and 8.95 for 3 day UPS air.

It could be a dicontinued part#, Factory refurb or an RMA replacement, accounding to TCWO's website.

both deals are the same .. $39 for refurb video radeon card is A-OK.

30 day warranty from both places...

Newegg has been good place to shop... good service too.

Never bought anything from TCWO ... but their name has been showing up a lot here lately.
