Refurb Powercolor 9600 Pro Ultra $138.75 at Newegg: good deal?

I've been looking for a good deal on a Radeon 9600 Pro graphics card and found this refurb Powercolor Ultra (400/674 clock speeds) for $138.75 at Newegg.com (new one on the same page is $185):

Is the refurb ultra the best way to go, vs. $47 more for the new one? Is there a better deal out there on a 9600 Pro? I'm really trying to keep this under $175 or so. Thanks for any input.
 
i bought a refurbished powercolor 9700 pro, and it was defective. You pays your money and you takes your chances...
 
Well, you may not get the extras, and the warranty is only 15 days. I'm not sure I'd chance it simply b/c of the very short warranty. You can buy a regular 9600 Pro for about $150-165. IMO, the longer warranty and guaranteed extras are worth the extra money.
