I orderedthat lastweek.

This was onsale last month w/ free shipping. when I went to order it, shipping came out to $12 so I canceled the order and sent a complaint email.

I tried to ordered it last week on this sale, but the shipping came out to "about 2.95" w/ no fixed shipping price. I again canceled the order and sent another email telling them this was the second time I did not order because of shipping charge problems.

Got an email stating they had attached a $10 credit towards any purchase to cover shipping.

In fact, the credit showed up, in my basket at checkout time.

Still waiting for the expresso maker for $12.
