Good deal if you buy something larger (I bought the wireless router when it was $29 a few weeks ago) and don't have to pay extra shipping for the cables. I think the "refurb" cables are just returned/repackaged cables. Mine came in a plastic,OEM type bag. No mention of refurb on the bag.
