Description seems to indicate 5:4 aspect ratio, but I have trouble imagining that a 1366x768 monitor could be anything but 16:9.
Btw, if you have any sort of electronics recycler nearby, check them out. Mine had a constant supply of 17/19" LCD monitors, some wide-screen, some not.
Repeat: NOT 1080P!
But maybe for a budget gaming rig, you could use one of these monitors paired with a GT 730 (Kepler) or R7 250/250X video card.
Get a cheap 6' DVI-to-HDMI cable from Newegg that's perennially on sale, or just get a cheap $2 converter off of ebay, and a cheap $2 HDMI cable.
Or you could go DVI to DVI cable, but they're bulky and heavy.
