I rented invisible war for my xbox tonight around 11 PM... but i dont think im gonna be able to get into it. It doesn't seem like my type of game.

Is it possible to get a refund for this tomorrow afternoon?

I'm thinking of just telling them the game freezes at one specific spot... what do you guys think. ?

excuse will work, but whether it's right or not I won't say because I'll have 50 other AT'ers bash me for either choice

You could just tell them the truth and say you weren't satisfied. Or that's part of the truth anyway.

I've rented games too scratched up to play anymore. Asked them to get a different one. That was 15 minutes later though...

I found the same one on the shelf a few days later. Never rented a game from them again. I just go back with my movie freedom pass. :)

if i kept this game, it's going to be sitting in the case until next sunday.... that's a huge waste ot six dollars.

I would rather get a movie or a different game with that money.

Dude, 5 bucks can be the difference between something and something cheaper. I can see what he's saying. If I got something then thought I wouldn't use it I'd take it back too. It's not like he's done anything to the game. Just think of it as if he DID buy it for 50 bucks, but hasnt even unwrapped it yet. Return policy says he can still take it back.

$5? Costs $2.50 for two nights plus $1 for each additional night in my neck of the woods.

Were talking about Blockbuster. Not where you buy your milk.

And for $5-$6, it's a one week rental.
With your "$2.50 for one night/$1 for an additional night" place, you pay $6.50 for the same thing.

I am talking about Blockbuster. EVERYTHING in the store goes by this policy. They changed their pricing a few weeks ago in certain parts of the country.

if you tell them you weren't satisfied, you should get a refund or at the least a coupon for a free rental
