Refreshrate changing on Kryo 2?

I have a Kyro 2 on win98 se Ive tried the 2 latest drvers (both 9. series) from hurcules and I go into advanced properties adapter tab and there no options there.

Is the another way to change?
 
Just tried all drivers and still no option for changing the refresh rate.

I even put on power-strip the newest version and can do it thru there either.

Need help here ppl.
 
What monitor are you using? Are your drivers for it correct? You do know that you have to re-install them after getting a new vid card, right?
 
I have had problems with a herc 4500 when trying to run games it would try to run refresh rates which my monitor couldnt handle, the only solution was to manually fix the refresh settings with power strip, but your problem does sound like a dodgy monitor driver.
