Refreshing an older Rig, thoughts

Upgrading some components in an older PC to be able to play Battlefield 2 and a few other new games. Games will be played at no higher than 1280x1024. Reusing HDD, optical, and case. Components:

ASUS M4N68T Geforce 7025 mATA board- $50
Biostar Geforce 9600GT 512MB PCI-E Video card - $70
Crucial 2GB DDR3 1333 kit - $ 58
Athlon II X2 3.0GHZ retail - $65
Antec Earthwatts 430W- $55

Total shipped to my door is just about $330. (Trying to stay below $350)

one word of advice as a BC2 player...if you can somehow snap up a Quad core cpu then do it...I run it with an unlocked phenom II x3 and it does play better with the fourth core unlocked.
