Refresh rate

How do I tell what refresh rate I'm set at? When I look in the display properties it says "Optimal" but doesnt tell you what it is.

Is there a utility that can tell me what refresh rate (85Hz, 100Hz, etc.) I'm currently using?

The reason I ask is because I read somewhere that 85Hz should be a minimum to reduce eye strain. Since I can go higher with my card (Voodoo3) I want to make sure that if I set the refresh to a specific value that it's higher than whatever Optimal is.

I've been told that the limit is 72 but higher is better. You monitor might be able to tell you at what ref rate your running other that that just change the ref rate valute to wat you would like it to be. If it's set at optimal it ought to be the highest value you have in the pull down menu.
