refresh rate with DVI

Just plugged in a G550 to my VG191. Nice improvement over the ole V3 - to say the least. I notice that although the monitor supports at a 75Hz refresh rate, in DVI it is stuck at 60. Anyone know why, and if there is a problem with forcing a higher refresh rate?

DVI only runs at 60hz I believe. There's next to nothing you can adjust with DVI except contrast/brightness. Of course, there's no real need to either.
