Refresh rate Problem....

I get these weird lil vertical waves that appear on the left side my my monitor. These waves are as long as the height of my monitor and extend about an inch into the monitor. It ONLY happens, when the monitor's refresh rate is set to over 60 at 1280x960 res. If I select a higher resolution...say 1600x1200, even at 60 refreshrate, I get waves. My question is...is the GPU crapping out, or Monitor. This did not happen before really...


ps. I have a CRT Monitor....
