Refresh-rate problem in Win2k

In Win98/Me I always used Hztool,but it doesn´t work in Win2k 🙁
I just can´t play DiabloII in 75Hz! I have a ASUS V7700 (GF2 GTS) running 6.18 drivers
 
Have you set the refresh rate for 640x480 to 85Mhz at which D2 plays???. Your desktop resolution and refreshrate determines the refreshrate at which games in D3D are played.

or you can edit the detonator driver itself. If I'm not mistaken, the name of the .inf file is nvdisp_4.inf or something similar
