im really annoyed by this. I dont even go into the cat ctrl center but ever couple times I boot up windows my refresh rate is down to 60. It says 100 in both monitor properties and cat ctrl center but you can obviosly see from the ceasures im getting its only running at 60. Then what i have to do it get it back is set it down to some value other then 100 click apply, in monitor properties then set it back to 100 click apply and restart windows.
Does anyone know how to stop this?
