I had the same problem in XP. The desktop is set to run at 85 hz at 1280x1024X32, but whenever I ran an opengl app or game the monitor would say 60 hz in the status part of its menu. Now i fixed this problem somehow, but do not remember. I have been thinking about this all yesterday and today trying to remember, but I cannot. How do you fix this problem? I have a gf4ti4600.
