Refresh rate for Visiontek gf3 ti 200

Hey all, I scored one of the Visiontek gf3 ti 200's. What have you found to be the best refresh rate at 1024x768. I have a Mag dx890 monitor.

The refresh rate is totally dependent on your monitor.

I recently bought a Visiontek Ti200 as well. When I first installed it, there was noticeable screen shake and blurriness. I changed the refresh rate from Optimal to 85 Hz and it looks great now. BTW, I have an NEC FP950 19" monitor.

Better look up you monitor's recommended specs at MAG's website. You wouldn't want to fry your monitor.
