Just curious,is there a way to set explorer to refresh automatically every few minutes?Say I have 2 monitors and want one to refresh often.I don`t think I can,but thought i`d ask 🙂
 
Not really.

The refresh command can be embedded in the web page, if you have control over the server. If not, you'll have to write some kind of wrapper around IE.
