Refresh Cycle Time???

I have an e6300, an ABIT AB9 mobo, and 2gb of Crucial Ballistix (BL2KIT12864AA804).

The SPD doesn't pick up the correct timings for the ram so I always set everything manually.

The first couple of settings are easy 4-4-4-12 timings (straight from Crucial's site)

I did some searching and saw that the Command Rate is 2T.

Last I see that there is a Refresh Cycle Time setting. I currently have it set to auto because I have no idea what it should be set to. What is it? Anybody know what value I should use if I manually set it?

Since you know the mfg and the specific part, why would you not just contact them and inquire? At *best* all you are going to be told on this board is someone's opinion. Just email corsair and ask.
