Refresh Cycle time

I have 4x1GB DIMMS and all the info listed in my sig. I was recently checking out AOD and Memset in relation to sub timings and I came across this specific setting. To the point:

Refresh Cycle time DIMM 0=105ns
Refresh Cycle time DIMM 1= 105ns
Refresh Cycle time DIMM 2= 75ns
Refresh Cycle time DIMM 3= 75ns

If I were to change DIMM 0 and 1 to 75ns would I A) benefit B) Screw anything up 😛. It would seem DIMM 0 and 1 are on channel A and DIMM 2 and 3 on Channel B thus resulting in dual channel....however I don't want to interfere with its operation if they were to have the same Refresh Cycle time.

Any info appreciated.
