reformat question

I'm going to be reinstalling windows on my machine in a couple days. I've currently got a drive that has 3 partitions, C/D/E, and for the reinstall I want to format C and D and re-partition them to different sizes, but keep E intact.

My question is really easy: I can do this with the basic windows install/setup utility, right?

Yes. At the setup, you will delete C and D. Then with the unallocated space you can recreate those two partitions with the sizes you wish.
