Reformat question

This is going to sound really stupid, but here it goes. When I reformat I install windows, windows updates, drivers, then so on? Did I forget something? Thanks

Not really. Just get anything critical from Windows Update, get any updates for software you use on a frequent basis (AV, Spyware, etc), and then update drivers that are used frequently (if you game, make sure to update video drivers, sound drivers, etc).

After you reformat before you even go online or isntall anything else I would install the blaster patch. Download it put it on a cd or a flash drive. Link to patch. You can get infected pretty quickly once you jump online.
