Reformat prob!

I had to reformat my hd couple weeks ago. When i set XP in its directory i set it to C:\ but it was C. I have a misely 12g hd so all need all my space. I tried to fdisk it with a Win98 boot disk didn't work. Basically I have no clue what to do i have like 1.1g left and its making me nervous 😕
 
i think u should post this in tech support. but before u do so... i have no idea what ur problem is. could u run that by me again?
