Reformat my hard drive?

so why do I feel like I want to reformat it? Happens all the time everything is running fine and I seem to want to wipe it all out and reconfigure it all over again😱. Is it just because I'm board? Stupid? or I want a new pc every 3 months. This is becoming a real issue in my life, anyone else get these feelings? or am I alone in this madness?
 
Too much time in your hands!
I used to format all the time, but it was cause I had nothing better to do. Now, it just happens when it needs to happen!
